How Time4Class handles account and timetable information.

Strict Zero Student PII Guarantee

Time4Class never collects, requests, processes, or stores any student Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Our system operates exclusively on timetable blocks, subject allocations, bell times, and teacher planning schedules.

1. Australian Privacy Principles (APP) Compliance

Time4Class is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Details: Teacher display name and email address (via Google OAuth or email signup).
  • Timetable Data: Lesson block titles, KLA subject allocations, stage levels, and bell schedules created in your account.
  • Usage Analytics: Anonymous telemetry to improve timetable engine performance and crash reporting.

3. Australian Cloud Data Sovereignty & Security

All user data and timetables are securely stored and processed in Google Cloud Firestore (Sydney Region, Australia-Southeast1). All network communications are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.
